Importance of skip links

• Reduces tabbing for keyboard only users to get over repetitive links at the beginning of pages to get to the main content.
• Not important to screeen reader users when headings and landmarks are available on the page.
• Primary benefit is for keyboard only users who are not using assisitve technology.
• Main stream browsers will not implement native structural navigation support.
